About Us: Our Mission to End Child & Family Hunger

As the US-based initiative of Moms Against Poverty, our mission is focused on one goal: ending hunger for children and their families.
Located in Burlingame, CA, we have been supporting US communities since 2008. We’ve partnered with 40+ community organizations and schools nationwide, and we currently collaborate with about 15 to deliver consistent, dignified food relief to families in need.

Our Mission
Statement:
Moms Against Poverty is a global 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to lessen the incidence and effects of poverty for impoverished children around the world. This is achieved through our Education, Health Care & Wellness, Hunger Relief & Basic Provisions, Orphan Care, and Disaster Relief programs, enabling children to reach their fullest potential.
Since 2008, millions of orphaned and vulnerable children, impoverished families and communities, displaced families and refugees, and disaster victims across 18 countries and regions have benefitted first-hand from our programs. Through hunger relief and basic provisions, education, health care and wellness, and orphan care programming, we continue to provide tangible results. Based in Burlingame, CA, Moms Against Poverty has spent more than 17 years serving children and families across the United States — primarily here in California. Through partnerships with more than 40 schools, shelters, and community organizations, we work alongside trusted local leaders to meet the most urgent needs facing our neighbors.
These resources help families facing hunger and hardship receive the support they need with dignity and care.
